From Questionnaire to Doorstep
What actually happens between clicking a plan and opening an unmarked box — including the part where a doctor can say no.
Step one: choose a plan size
Three shapes to pick from. Six tablets a month, twelve a month, or a one-off order that renews nothing. None of them is permanent — sizes can be changed and subscriptions dropped later — so pick on what you think you will realistically use rather than trying to get it perfect first time.
No card is charged at this stage. Payment only happens on the other side of a physician saying yes.
Step two: the questionnaire
This is the part worth slowing down for. It is written, it takes about five minutes, and in most states it replaces sitting in front of a camera.
What it wants to know:
- Your heart. Any diagnosed disease, past heart attack or stroke, chest pain on exertion, and whether your blood pressure sits high or low.
- Everything you take. Prescriptions first, but also anything over the counter, any supplements, and anything recreational. Nitrates matter most — nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, and amyl nitrite sold as poppers.
- Allergies. Especially any past reaction to sildenafil or tadalafil.
- How your body handles medicine. Liver and kidney function, diabetes, anything else relevant.
- The problem itself. How long, how consistent, and whether you have already tried something.
Do not shave the truth to get a yes
Leaving a medication off the list to improve your odds removes the only safeguard standing between you and a serious interaction. The physician has no other window into your health. What you type is the whole picture as far as they are concerned.
Step three: a doctor reads it
An independent licensed U.S. physician goes through your answers. They are not employed to approve everyone — their job is to work out whether this medication is sensible for you specifically, and sometimes the answer is no.
The review is bundled into the price rather than billed separately. Decline means no charge at all, not a refund you have to chase.
Step four: filled, packed and posted
Approved prescriptions go to a PCAB-accredited pharmacy in the United States. The parcel that leaves is deliberately dull: no pharmacy name, no brand, nothing on the label hinting at what is inside. Standard delivery costs nothing and takes 3–5 business days.

Once you are set up
Subscriptions refill on their own each month, which is the point — nobody wants a recurring errand. Adjusting or stopping is done from your account or by contacting support, and the only timing rule is that it has to happen before the next delivery is processed. Common questions about the process
The form takes about five minutes. Review times vary because a real person is reading it. After that, free standard delivery lands in 3–5 business days, or overnight if you pay for it at checkout.
Nitrate medication is the big one. Serious heart disease and unusually low blood pressure are the others, along with a known allergy to either ingredient. Being declined costs nothing.
